Jerry Dorsey
Jerry Dorsey (a.k.a.“Dorsey”) has completed advanced personal training certification. He is certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and for the last five years has specialized in developing personalized training and nutrition programs for numerous athletes who want to take their training to the next level. football specific training. As former NFL football player, I understand the importance of delivering a maximum performance every game. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I also understand that it takes time and commitment to excellence to do this. My personally designed athletic training programs have helped coaches safely train their athletes for success and create a team of performers. Being an athlete involves proper nutrition, physical training and recovery. Athletes perform at their full potential, both physically and mentally, every time. and create their own luck by working hard and eating right. |
Outside of athletic performance every day people need greater physical fitness to accomplish activities of daily living and to live a healthier, more active, life. Having a personal trainer is not just for celebrities anymore. With today's busy lifestyles and demanding work schedules, being fit is more important than ever. Nicole Sydow
Nicole Sydow has been a professional in the fitness industry for 13+ years and has trained in multiple fitness and athletic genres. Shge is AFAA and AAAI/ISMA certified in Group Fitness , Personal Training, Weight Training, Strength Training and Sports Nutrition Consultant.Nicole is also a Premer Martial Arts certified Kickboxing instructor and Universal Krav Maga certified level one instructor.

I have been a competitive powerlifter and runnerand train personally in multiple martial arts disciplines as well as having taught and practiced yoga and pilates. I consider myself a fit and well rounded trainer and have studied and trained in multiple areas to make that a true fact. I believe fitness is a combination of nutrition, exercise in multiple areas such a scardiovascular strength and endurance as well as muscular stength and endurance and agility and flexiblility. I enjoy training and teaching people to be as fit as they can possibly be for health , happiness, life and longevity. I believe you should do what you love and you should find what you love in all aspects of life including fitness. I am dedicated to helping people find and reach thier fitness goals and do what they love. Find the you ,you never knew existed but was always there. |
