Group Personal Training Classes
The Hard Knox Boot Camp Progressive Fitness Program provides affordable, personal training for people of all ages and any fitness level. Individuals participate in small groups (typically 4-6 participants), progressing at your own pace. Often referred to as a class.
You can join one of our established group training sessions—or start your own! You choose to join for 3, 6 or 12 months. Your personal trainer will lead you and group through a total body fitness workout routine with several programs to meet the individual needs of our clients while working out in a group setting.
